On-campus catering
U@MQ Crunch catering
Off-campus catering

Depending on your venue choice, you may select your own caterer - whether an on-campus option, or an external provider. When selecting your caterer you should be aware of the following:

Once you have selected your caterer, ensure you confirm the following with them:

  1. What catering deadlines they work to
  2. When confirmation is required about the menu and drinks list
  3. When they will need information regarding any special dietary requirements your guests have like gluten free, vegetarian, kosher, or food allergies
  4. When and how they want to receive updates from you
  5. What date they require your final guest numbers.

On-campus catering

At any venue on-campus other than the U@MQ Building and MGSM, it is your choice as to which caterer you might use for your event – whether you use an on-site option, or an external supplier.

U@MQ Crunch

U@MQ Crunch provides the University community with a wide range of drop off catering options on items like breakfasts, lunch platters and cocktail food. www.uatmq.com.au/crunch

Off-campus catering

U@MQ Crunch also caters for functions off campus. They specialise in a range of services from providing small morning teas, to servicing corporate cocktails and formal dinners. U@MQ Crunch is a Gold Licence Caterer.

There are also many other caterers who can service University events off campus.
