Selecting a venue
Venues on campus
Macquarie University has a range of venues that you might want to consider for your event.
Teaching rooms and lecture theatres
When they are not being used for classes, teaching rooms and lecture theatres within the Central Booking Pool are available to hire for events. To request a booking fill out an Online Room Booking Form.

Outdoor space on campus
For information about which outdoor venues on campus need to be booked through the Office of Facilities Management, refer to the Outdoor Bookable Areas Map. To use the Central Courtyard for an event, refer to the Central Courtyard Activities policy. To request a booking fill out an Online Room Booking Form.
